Bring your baby, any pump equipment you're currently using, a feeding bottle if your baby is receiving supplements, a list of questions or concerns, and any previous feeding notes if you have them. Most importantly — just come as you are. We'll take it from there.

Initial consultations are typically 60–90 minutes to allow time for a full feeding assessment and care plan. Follow-up visits are generally shorter. We never rush — you'll have plenty of time for questions.
