I am passionate about supporting mothers, babies, and families through every stage of the feeding journey. As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and lactation consultant, my approach combines evidence-based clinical care with individualized, compassionate support.
I know that postpartum life can feel isolating — especially in rural communities where access to specialized care is often limited. I started Expression Lactation because I believe every family in Western Oklahoma deserves quality lactation support without having to drive hours or feel dismissed.
My goal is to create a safe, unhurried space where you feel empowered, informed, and genuinely cared for. No session feels rushed here. Every family's story is different, and together we build realistic, sustainable feeding plans that support both baby and parent wellness.
When I am not seeing patients, you can find me rooted right here in Western Oklahoma — which means I truly understand the community I serve.

My Philosophy
I believe lactation care should be:
Accessible — available in-office, via telehealth, and in your home
Evidence-based — grounded in current research and best practices
Compassionate — unhurried, warm, and always on your side
Inclusive — honoring every feeding journey and every family
Family-centered — because feeding affects the whole family, not just the baby
Feeding goals look different for every family. Our role is to inform, encourage, and support — never to pressure or shame.
